TFC CODE OF CONDUCT

GENERAL:

1) TFC now has a strict age limit for new members. We will only be accepting members over the age of 21. However, if a current member has a friend/family member that wants to join, the ADMOD team will take this into consideration, as long as they are 18 years or older.

2) TFC members are expected to visit the site on a regular basis. This DOES NOT mean every 5 minutes. But, atleast on a weekly basis (minimum) so that members can keep up to date with events, games, competitions etc.

3) Members should always be resepctive of other members. We operate as one big family, so try your best to get along.

4) Any problems should be reported to the ADMOD team.

5) No racism (even though it may be in jest) at all will be tolorated on the TFC website. We want the site to be kept clear of all that sort of nonsense. Any racism or any other post that is deemed not right will be removed from the site. The same goes for swearing - please try keep it down!!

6) The shoutbox can be seen by all - therefore, please DO NOT slag off/demean any other clan/team/clan member etc in the box - it will only be removed!! Plus, we don't want to give people the wrong impression of who we are.

7) Members are more than welcome to add TFC into their gamertag - but we do not make it a necessity! I would advise new members should hold off adding TFC into their gamertag for a couple of months, until their trial period is over. If you add TFC in your gamertag, and then fail your trial, we will not be held responsible!! Be warned!

8) New members will undergo a Trial Period before being fully accepted into our TFC Family. The number of people who have signed up over the years, and then just dissappeared is unbelievable!! We want committed people to be involved with things at TFC. In this month trial period, we expect new members to be active on the site, try get involved in practise games/TFC Family Nights, and generally just try and prove that TFC is the place for them. The ADMOD team will have a meeting at the beginning of each month where we will be discussing the new members, and make a decision on whether or not we feel this is the right place for them.

9) All modded controllers are banned from TFC. We do not want to see them ever used against fellow members - if a member is caught using one, he/she will be asked to stop. If they continue to do so, we will have no choice but to take harder action. Modded controllers ruin games for people - so don't use them against the public either!!

Site members:

1) We expect site members to behave themselves when on our site.

2) We do not want to see any arguemnts or any comments that may escalade into arguements posted on the shoutbox, in the chat room, or in the forums.

3) Any such post will be removed from the site, and stored in the admin section of the forums for future reference.

4) If a site member continues to cause disruptions on our site, he will be banned. It will only be a temporary ban. If the offender continues to upset members, we will permanently ban that user.

5) If a site member wants to report an incident involving a TFC Member, please could they inform one of the admins, so that we can deal with the situation.

EVENTS/MATCHES:

1) If you post up wanting to play in a match, you will be added to the team list before the game starts. Therfore - if your name is in the team list (even as a sub) you must be ready to play.

2) If your name is down to play, or even if you are a sub for a game you must be ready to play - but if for some reason you cannot make the game, please post up in the forums/text a member of the ADMOD team/private message ADMOD's so that we know what is happening, and can plan ahead. We understand things can come up - so aslong as we know, we won't mind!!

3) When putting your name down for an event/match, please read the rules and details of the game carefully. Only after having done so, and you can 100% commit/turn up to the game, should you be putting your name down.

4) Please can all members remember when they have put their name down for somthing!! Just write it down somewhere - or put a reminder on your mobile phone!!

5) From now on, when organising events, the ADMOD team will have to take into consideration certain factors. One of which will be about participants. If a member who has entered a TFC Event, and failed to do complete his/her games in time, and slowed the event down, they will be banned from the next event as punishment!! We understand that people put their names down, and things come up so they can't play their games, but we want to try to minimise these things happening as it slows down the whole event for others. So be warned!!

6) Private matches - when playing Private Matches, please try to stick to the rules!! We like to keep private matches fun - so when playing COD for example, don't run around with noob tubes/rocket launchers and all that jazz. That doesn't make it fun for anyone. Also, no glitching/cheating will be tolorated, and you will simply be kicked out of the game.

7) If members hear about a game coming up, and want to play, they must post their own name. We will not add anyone into a game if they have not posted up themselves.
